Landscaping & Lawn Maintenance

We do landscaping and lawn maintenace for the triangle and its surroundings. We start from the beginning by either placing sod or grass seed. From there we maintain that new look vibe and feeling.

 

This is where most of our experience comes from moving to Apex from Wilmington, NC where we worked for a family business since 1989. Working for a family-owned business gives us knowledge and understanding that other bigger companies couldn't keep up with. Giving you that local Mom and Pops feeling in the outdoors and at your house.

Power Washing

Power washing or pressure washing is something DPJ Services has grown to do in the last couple of years, learning techinques from some of the best in the Triangle but with a fraction of the cost. We understand that not every one has the paychecks to pay for mansions and yachts, so we don't make you pay great amounts to get things done the right way. 

 

We make sure your house, and plants are given the best of care. We use a special type of bleach that goes on the siding to penetrate the mildew that is growing and gets rid of it. We place tarps on all potential plants that could be harmed with the chemical. We also make sure to clean everything off afterwards to make sure that nothing is harmed in the process.
